Starting pad type and BASIC/ADVANCED values for the A2E on popular Roland modules — the same profile used for the drum-tec Pro Snare.
Starting points, not locked recipes. These pad types and values are the recommended starting point. Fine-tune Sens, Threshold and Rim Gain on your kit after you load these values. V31 / V51 / V71 use the pro3 Snare bank below (Pad Type PD-128) on the analogue snare input.

Set Mount to Separat on this family.
Column order on these modules is Sens → Rim Gain → Threshold (not Threshold before Rim Gain).
For early TD-50 firmware only. Prefer the TD-27 / TD-50X row on current units.
Includes Global Sens. Use the analogue SNARE input — do not assign a digital snare to the same trigger.
Use the analogue snare path (DB-25 SNARE lead on V31/V51, or TRIGGER IN SNARE on V71); do not assign a digital snare to the same input.
